Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to your appointment date are eligible for a partial refund. We regret that no refunds will be issued for: cancellations made within the 3-day window, missed appointments or no-shows, late arrivals, or appointments that have already been rescheduled at least once.
