Ifeoluwa:
Pronounce my name like this: "ee-feh-oh-lu-wah"; it translates to God’s love in the Yoruba language.
I am a consultant, a PMP-certified project manager, an experienced facilitator, and a trained coach.
As a Consultant, I partner with leaders and teams to craft and implement strategic solutions for their organizations in both federal and commercial environments.
As an Executive Coach, I coach leaders and visionaries to enhance their performance, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and achieve both personal and organizational goals.
As a Facilitator and Trainer, I lead sessions designed to equip leaders, managers, and teams with the tools and strategies they need to drive organizational success and foster personal growth.
I started my career at a good-government non profit in Washington, DC, where I managed, designed and delivered leadership training sessions for 700+ U.S. federal leaders and facilitated retreats for their teams. Through Quadstreams Company, I continue to lead the design and delivery of transformational experiences, including individual and group coaching, facilitated workshops, team retreats, and community-focused events. My work spans continents, impacting leaders across the globe, from corporate executives to rising changemakers, all driven by one thing: making a difference.
I am passionate about creating communities of emerging leaders and supporting their development through thought leadership and partnership with mission-oriented organizations. At BlackOak Collective, I lead the planning and execution of member networking events and other professional development opportunities to elevate the environmental careers of young black professionals in the United States. In service to my Nigerian roots, I worked with Children that Change the World (CTCTW) to design and deliver the first innovation challenge for high school students in the Ogbomoso community and currently serve as a board member of SprinNG, an organization building a community of young Nigerians in writing and literature.
Outside my work, what brings delight are exploring new places, enjoying delicious food, reading, and writing.
