Ifeoluwa:

Pronounce my name like this: "ee-feh-oh-lu-wah"; it translates to God’s love in the Yoruba language.

I work with leaders to harness the power of organization, creativity, and community to transform ideas into tangible results.

As a trained coach, I work primarily with leaders and visionaries to design personal lives aligned with their vision & values and achieve results as they take on leadership or management roles.

As a leadership trainer and facilitator, I have facilitated leadership training, team building, and retreat sessions for hundreds of leaders at all levels, including leadership development training for 300+ emerging leaders in the U.S. federal government.

At the Partnership for Public Service, I wear the hat of a project manager and facilitator, managing leadership development initiatives and programs. It is a platform that allows me to prepare mission-critical federal professionals to become more effective leaders. A significant part of my role has involved leading efforts to enhance the participant experience from program interest to enrollment and post-graduation engagement with the alumni community.

Beyond the Partnership for Public Service, I'm the Events Director at BlackOak Collective. At BlackOak, planning and executing events that resonate with the organization’s mission and values is a journey of purpose and impact. I truly enjoy creating experiences that nurture learning, foster connection, and build community.

My Nigerian roots hold a special place in my heart, fueling my passion for developing leaders. I partnered with Children that Change the World to design and deliver an innovation challenge for high school students in the Ogbomoso community, spotlighting the creative vigor of young Nigerians. Serving as a board member of SprinNG, I’m invested in building a community of young Nigerians in writing and literature, working with its founders to broaden its reach and impact.

Outside the professional realm, I enjoy reading and sharing thoughts through my blog and newsletter. Each day is a page in a continuous journey of exploration, growth, and building meaningful relationships.
